Support
Write to tofulabs.apps@gmail.com with "Expiring Codes" in the subject. A person reads every email and replies within one business day, usually sooner.
It helps to include the email address of your Kit account and the offer name you used in the automation. Please never send us your full Stripe or Paddle key.
Quick fixes
Subscribers stay at the Expiring offer step
Open your settings. Check that a checkout is connected and that you have codes left this month. Kit tries waiting subscribers again about every five minutes, so once both are fine they get their code and move on by themselves.
The email shows an empty code
The email has to come after the Expiring offer step in the same automation, and the field name in the email has to match the "Custom field prefix" in the step (it's offer unless you changed it).
Stripe says the code is invalid at checkout
The checkout has to accept promotion codes. In a Stripe Payment Link, turn on "Allow promotion codes". In Stripe Checkout, set allow_promotion_codes. Also check the code hasn't expired or been used already.

Billing
Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. To change or cancel your plan, use "Manage billing" in your settings or the link in your Paddle receipt. See also the refund policy.
