Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Expiring Codes (the "Service"), an app for Kit run by Tofu Labs (PT Kodecut Digital Media), Menara Karya 28th Fl, Jl. HR Rasuna Said Block X-5, Kav 1-2, South Jakarta 12950, Indonesia ("we"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

The Service adds an automation step to Kit. When a subscriber reaches it, we create a one-use discount code in the Stripe or Paddle account you connected, set to expire after the time you choose, and save the code and deadline to that subscriber's custom fields in Kit. The free plan has a monthly limit. Paid plans raise it, as shown on the pricing page.

Your accounts and your offers

You keep control of your Kit, Stripe and Paddle accounts and you're responsible for the offers you make, the discounts you set and the emails you send. Give the Service a key with only the permissions our guides ask for. You can disconnect it at any time from your settings or by uninstalling the app in Kit. Check a test code before sending an offer to your list.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for spam, for misleading or fake deadlines, for anything unlawful, or to disrupt the Service. Don't try to reach other customers' data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service running, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. Kit, Stripe and Paddle are outside our control and their outages can affect it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it in Kit. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the Service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email and refund any unused prepaid time.
